Brad Long has worked with Compass Security Solutions since 2015. He began with the company as a contractor working with video analytics. Brad continued to expand his role with the company over the next four years. In October 2019, he became Vice President, Operations.

Brad brings 20 years of various experience to Compass Security Solutions. His experience as a teacher, database administrator, technology trainer, project manager and consultant has prepared him for the leadership role he holds today.
